For the retail superstars out there, we want to recognise excellence.
Spirit of Excellence Award.
The judges will present a special award to an individual (junior or leader), team or retailer that offers an extraordinary contribution to retail. They stand out as a champion of retail excellence in the way that they serve, treat, mentor or encourage others. This is someone that encourages or motivates others to succeed, has grit and is an inspiration to the people around them.
The judges would love to hear an out-of-the-ordinary story. Send in your nominations for those that have shown extra kindness, done something special to surprise and delight a customer or provided an unforgettable experience.
The judges will also nominate candidates that they feel qualify for this award.
Specific criteria of interest and award requirements:
- Outline what the nominee has done to merit the award.
- Describe the key benefits they have brought to all parties involved.
- Evidence of personal commitment and initiative.
- Demonstrate how the achievement has gone above and beyond the normal role.
- Statements of support from management and colleagues.
