She is now the CEO of Ashleigh & Burwood, a leading home fragrance brand with a 30-year heritage, under Literacy Capital’s leadership.
Previously, as Managing Director of Rituals UK & Ireland, Penny spearheaded the brand’s expansion from 7 to 80 stores, establishing it as a premier well-being brand. Her focus on team development and innovative marketing drove significant growth and customer loyalty.
Penny has also held key roles at Selfridges, Harrods, and Georg Jensen, enhancing her expertise in premium brand management and retail strategy. She continues to influence the industry as a Non-Executive Director and Board Member of NBCC.
