Previously, Michael served as the CEO of La Redoute International, overseeing the business in more than 30 countries and managing a team responsible for over 35% of La Redoute’s global sales.

With a decade of experience revitalizing businesses and driving international growth, Michael has honed expertise in mergers and acquisitions, digital transformation, and multi-channel retailing. His leadership style emphasises team empowerment, open dialogue, and fostering innovation. Michael’s deep understanding of both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail operations has been crucial in shaping Joe Browns’ ongoing success and expanding its global footprint.
