Liz is the founder of Future HR specialising in Strategy, People & Organisation Development, Business & HR Transformation & Change

Liz wears several hats working as an Independent  Consultant, Non-Executive Director, Interim Executive Leader and Adviser to Boards, CEO’s and People Leaders, with a track record of very successfully assisting many of our most recognised and loved Brands across the Retail and Fashion sector to deliver transformational next-gen Business and HR Organisation, Digital and Operating Models alongside elevating the role and capabilities of People functions

Building Diverse and Inclusive Leadership, Organisations and Cultures is another leading area of Liz’s experience and passion. Most recently she has been assisting the British Retail Consortium in a review of their Diversity and Inclusion Charter & Member Support Suite where she led a programme of member engagement to understand how retailers of all sizes across all product categories were advancing their strategies today and the type of future support they would welcome

Liz also works as as a Consultant Adviser to People Chiefs, offers mentoring and coaching programmes to Future Business and HR Talent and in any spare time left is devoted to her other passion, the St Luke’s Hospice Group in London which is an amazing team specialising in end of life care and where liz is a Non-Executive Director, Trustee & Committee Chair across their Hospice, Community and Retail Operations

As the title and experience of her business will show, Liz ‘s career has been devoted to advancing the industry, roles, capabilities and ways of working.  She is excited and honoured to have been asked to join the judging panel and will be looking for a combination of next-gen innovation and creativity coupled with a grounded practical understanding and value-add from the nominations
