Liz Jewitt-Cross
Liz is the founder of Future HR, where she specialises in people and organisational development, HR transformation, and change management.
She wears many hats as an Independent Consultant, Non-Executive Director, Interim Executive Leader, and Advisor. Liz has helped some of the most recognised brands in the Retail and Fashion sector implement next-gen business strategies, HR models and digital transformations while boosting the role and capabilities of people functions.
A passionate advocate for building diverse and inclusive leadership, Liz’s recent work includes supporting the British Retail Consortium in reviewing their DE&I Charter and Member Support Suite. Through this work, she led a program of engagement with retailers to understand their current strategies and identify the future support they need.
Outside of her professional life, Liz mentors and coaches future business and HR talent. She’s also devoted to St Luke’s Hospice Group in London, where she serves as a Non-Executive Director, Trustee and Committee Chair. The hospice is an incredible team focused on end-of-life care, and Liz is proud to support their work.
With a career dedicated to advancing people and organisations, Liz is excited to join the judging panel and will be looking for a blend of innovation, creativity and practical value in the nominations.
