Jag Weatherley

Jag joined ASOS in 2012 and is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and ensuring alignment across departments. Her leadership extends to several key areas including the PMO, Transformation, Change, Business Technical L&D Academy, and Procurement teams.

Jag’s journey within ASOS is marked by significant growth, having previously held roles such as Head of Merchandising in Womenswear, where she was responsible for both the company’s own brands and third-party brand partnerships. In 2019, she transitioned into the Operations, Change, and Transformation space, where she has been instrumental in streamlining processes and championing a people-first approach.

Before joining ASOS, Jag began her career as a Merchandiser at Topshop, building the solid foundation of her retail career. Jag’s impact at ASOS extends beyond operations; she is passionate about building a culture where people thrive, grow, and excel, embodying the ethos of the People in Retail Awards.
