Fiona Lambert is one of the UK’s foremost businesswomen, with over 30 years of experience in the fashion industry.
She has held senior roles at prominent brands such as Jaeger at M&S, Next, Asda, Dunelm, and River Island. Fiona was instrumental in launching George, the UK’s first fashion supermarket brand, in 1990, and later expanded her impact with the introduction of George Home.
A passionate advocate for nurturing British fashion talent, Fiona championed Graduate Fashion Week for five years, guiding and mentoring the next generation of designers. Her commitment to developing high-performing teams and her focus on innovation have earned her several awards.
Recently, Fiona published her book Invincible Not Invisible and currently serves as a Board Advisor at Matalan, where she continues to influence the industry with her strategic insights and leadership.
