With over 34 years of experience in diverse retail environments, Alison Hands brings a wealth of leadership expertise to her role as CEO of Lincolnshire Co-op, which she started in April 2023.
Alison began her career in store management at Marks & Spencer, where she spent over 20 years, before going on to hold senior roles at Boots Opticians, Walgreens Boots Alliance and The Body Shop. She also served as Managing Director at Wilko, where she drove strategic growth and transformation.
Outside of retail, Alison is deeply committed to her community and serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Nottingham Forest Community Trust, contributing to initiatives that support local development and well-being.
